Welcome.

On 6th April 2007 a very small piece of lawn was dug up, and a raised bed was made. It was sown with a few rows of vegetables. Late in 2009 we gained an half an allotment (plot 54B). What happens next??

Birthday Weekend Round Up

What better way to spend a birthday than alottmenting?

What better birthday present than to suddenly find that the autumn planted asparagus (Pacific 2000) has survived and is starting to shoot. Pity we can't harvest it this year! All the rhubarb crowns planted in the autumn have now come into life as well.
